  • Key Retention: In most cases, we do not retain physical keys. However, if you request us to hold a key for ongoing service or a specific booking, it will be tagged with a unique anonymous code (e.g., “Key #104”)—never your name or address.
  • Key Storage: Retained keys are stored in a secure, locked location when not in use and are only issued to staff on the day of service.
  • Access Information: Any instructions you provide regarding hidden keys (e.g., under a mat, in a letterbox) are stored in our encrypted booking software, accessible only to the assigned staff member.
  • Alarm Codes: If you provide an alarm code, it is stored securely in our encrypted system. We recommend providing a unique “Guest Code” rather than your Master Code.

5. Marketing & The Spam Act

We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

  • Consent: We will only send you marketing emails (such as “Spring Clean” offers) if you have opted in or if you are an existing client where such offers are reasonably expected.
  • Unsubscribe: Every marketing email will contain a clear “Unsubscribe” link. If you opt out, we will stop sending marketing communications immediately. (Please note: You will still receive transactional emails regarding your active bookings and invoices).
